Key Responsibilities

- Assist in executing procurement activities, including order placement, supplier communication, and delivery coordination.
- Conduct market research and collect supplier information to support sourcing decisions.
- Evaluate quotations and assist in cost analysis to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Support supplier evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in global sourcing projects and assist in process optimization tasks.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience preferred; candidates with strong potential and learning ability are also welcome.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English for daily communication; multilingual ability is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
