Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement strategy formulation and execution to ensure alignment with global supply chain objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers and strategic partners across global markets.
- Evaluate supplier performance, quality, and reliability to secure stable, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing.
- Drive continuous optimization of procurement processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, quality, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor market trends and component life cycles to mitigate risk and support business continuity.
- Implement compliance standards and uphold the company’s commitment to ethical sourcing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related majors preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills with global sourcing experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in English for daily communication; multilingual ability is a strong plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
