You will support daily business operations, assist with order and customer follow-up, maintain accurate documentation and system records, and collaborate with colleagues across functions to ensure efficient and reliable business processes.

Job content:

1. Collaborate with colleagues to respond to company-assigned inquiries;

2. Prepare business documents, including but not limited to sales orders, shipping notices, and receiving receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

3. Post marketing information as required by the company;

4. Assist with communication and email follow-ups on order status;

5. Maintain and update customer information in the system.

2. Have certain knowledge of electronic components or electronics industry knowledge, and understand market trends and customer needs.

3. Experience in electronic distribution industry is preferred.

Tenure Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in any major;

2. Proficiency in English at TEM4 level or above, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and the ability to communicate fluently in English. For different country-specific roles, proficiency in the following languages, in addition to English, is preferred, with the ability to use them fluently both professional and daily settings:

• Japan: Japanese

• Germany: German

• Italy: Italian

• Denmark: Danish

• Spain: Spanish

• France: French

• Korea: Korean

• Brazil: Portuguese

• Malaysia: Malay or Chinese
